Note: These expansions require a copy of Baseball Highlights: 2045 or Spring Training to play.
Expansion #1: Coach
The Coach Expansion adds 15 coach cards to the game. Each player will draft four coaches, each of which has a unique game-altering ability that can be used during the game.
Expansion #2: Rally Cap
Rally Cap consists of 15 powerful new cards to add to the Free Agent deck. These exciting new cards can help when trying to come from behind or keep a lead. The free agents include 4 Robots, 4 Naturals, and 7 Cyborgs and introduce abilities like Rally, which only triggers if you are behind. Similarly, Closer and Hold are immediate situational actions that cancel all hits, but only if winning or losing, respectively. Finally, Teamwork is an ability that affects Naturals and only triggers if your next player is a Natural.
Expansion #3: Magna Glove (Naturals)
The Naturals & Magna Glove Expansion consists of 10 new cards, adding 10 Natural players to the Free Agent deck. These cards feature great defensive abilities, including the new Magna Glove ability, allowing players to cancel two hits.
Expansion #5: Pitchers (Cyborgs)
The Pitchers Expansion adds 10 new Cyborg players to the Free Agent deck. The Slider is a new pitch that cancels all your opponents' hits, but only if you've played at least two Cyborgs already.
Expansion #6: Errors!
Errors! Expansion adds 15 extra cards to the Free Agent deck. These cards require you to make a "check," which involves drawing the top card of the Free Agent deck and looking at the player type. The new Error ability neutralizes Gloves unless a successful Natural Check occurs. The Wild Pitch ability allows All Base Runners to advance 1 base if vs. Cyborg. Contact (Any Threatened Hit on this player become Single - if Gloved) and Bean Ball (Remove Batter from the game and replace with Minor Leaguer - if Check matches Batter Type) are also introduced.
Expansion #7: Big Fly!
The Big Fly! Expansion consists of 15 new cards to add to the Free Agent Deck. The new and unique abilities include Pinch Runner (Replace all Base Runners with Fast Base Runners), Hit & Run (All Base Runners advance +1 base from Hits on this card) and Sinkerball (Cancel all Hits if Base Runner on 2nd or 3rd). There are some big hitters in this expansion!
Expansion #8: Home Cookin'
The Home Cookin' Expansion includes 15 new cards for the Free Agent Deck. In addition, it adds new Immediate Actions for the Home Team as well as for Extra Innings.
Expansion #9: Double Trouble
Double Trouble features 15 new cards for the Free Agent Deck that introduce cards with two Immediate Actions. These cards are more flexible but generally have stricter conditions for them to take effect.
Expansion #10: Ball Parks
The Ballparks Expansion adds 10 cards that provide a new game mechanic, Home Ballpark.
When playing with Ballparks, each player is dealt two random ballpark cards and selects one for their home ballpark. The other card is discarded face down. Whenever a player has the Home Field, the effect of their home ballpark applies. Ballpark effects apply to both players.
